What makes our turkeys different? 

Our turkeys are raised outside, on pasture where they have access to a diverse diet and freedom to live without stress. Our turkeys are processed at a small USDA inspected poultry processor that adheres to the highest standard of animal welfare. 

Are the turkeys frozen? 

Yes, the turkeys are frozen at the time of processing. Since our turkeys are frozen at the time of processing, they are in fact fresher than those claiming to be fresh in the grocery store. Freezing the birds is in compliance with food safety standards we feel are necessary for transportation and distribution. Freezing the turkey does NOT impact quality or taste. 

Are giblets included? 

We do not include giblets inside the bird. Please let us know if you would like any.
